Intercultural Training

Intercultural skills have become a key qualification for clinic staff, doctors and nurses in German healthcare facilities, and will continue to increase in importance. For the successful integration of foreign workers from countries outside the EU, but also for communication with patients from other cultures, it is important to be aware of national customs and values, expose cultural differences, awaken openness and an understanding of “the other”, and to create a fundamental openness to diversity.

Onea Care intercultural training is led by trained coaches that always speak from their own many years of experiences abroad during their courses. The seminars are aimed at executives, healthcare services and HR workers in German clinics and care facilities. Course participants can then pass on their new knowledge about the valuable bridges between the various cultures to employees and department heads, and function as multipliers for the integration of nursing staff from countries outside the EU.

Der erste Schritt für die Verbesserung kultureller Begegnungen ist die gezielte Vorbereitung durch Fort-. und Weiterbildung. Daher stehen wir sehen wir unsere Hauptaufgabe in der Unterstützung und Sicherstellung der Qualität von Trainings, Seminaren, Ausbildungen und sonstigen Fort- und Weiterbildungen zum Bereich interkulturelles Lernen.

Die Deutsche Gesellschaft für interkulturelle Trainingsqualität e.V. entwickelte aus den genannten Gründen Richtlinien und Ausbildungsstandards, die als Grundlage für die Sicherung von Qualität von Trainings, Seminaren, Ausbildungen und sonstigen Fort- und Weiterbildungen zum Bereich interkulturelles Lernen dienen.
