Leon Bauer
管理合伙人
Leon Bauer毕业于马斯特里赫特大学，获得国际经济学学位，并撰写了关于组织理论的硕士论文。 从那以后，他一直在国际市场上。 他为知名的德国公司和企业建立了全球分销网络，并开辟了新的市场。 在他的专业活动中，他在非洲和亚洲生活了多年。 根据他自己的经验，他知道集成意味着什么以及它如何运作。 2016年，他创办了自己的第一家公司Sinocura，现在正在扩大他在Onea Care的国际护士安置方面的专业知识。

Donja Ballita
Donja Ballita has absolved a bachelor’s degree in Communications in Beirut, Lebanon and a master’s degree in International Humanitarian Assistance at the Institute for International Law of Peace and Armed Conflict of the Ruhr University of Bochum, Germany.
She has worked during and after her studies in the humanitarian, psychological, adult education as well as people and project management field both on a national and international level. As a project manager at Onea Care she is responsible for the projects in Iran, Tunisia, and Algeria, where she uses her language and management skills to communicate with our partners on the ground and support with the visa and labor-market approval processes.
Sumati Pandithurai
Ms.Sumati Pandithurai successfully completed her Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation and control.
She is an accomplished Prince2 accredited Project management professional with 10 years’ experience working for India’s largest industrial company.
Wolfgang Widder
Wolfgang Widder studierte Wirtschaftswissenschaften an der Uni BW in München und absolvierte ein Executive MBA-Studium am Henley Management College. Nach mehrjähriger Führungstätigkeit arbeitete er über 25 Jahre als Berater, Trainer und Coach mit Schwerpunkt Gesundheitswesen. Als Geschäftsführer zweier Beratungs- und Trainingsunternehmen erwarb er sich umfangreiche in der Umsetzung von komplexen Beratungsprojekten im Gesundheitswesen. Bei Onea Care ist er für die Prozessbegleitung unserer Kunden im Gebiet Niederbayern und Oberösterreich verantwortlich.
Herr Wolfgang Widder ist ausgebildeter Performance Consultant/Coach und hat eine Ausbildung in systemischer Beratung abgeschlossen.
